In the world where illness appears to be the norm, "A Life of Wellness" reminds us what is possible when we develop guidelines and strategies to create a healthy life.
Each page simply guides us on a healing journey, as we reconnect to our physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Where other books can weigh us down with complexities regarding health, "A Life of Wellness" lifts us up as each page is a healing meditation in itself. This is a book that can be reread and shared with family and friends, so that we are all reminded that "A Life of Wellness" should be anticipated.
ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Dr. Marty Finkelstein has been a holistic chiropractor for over 25 years. Life changed dramatically when he was 23 years old and diagnosed with ulcerative colitis and told nothing could be done other than medication and surgery.
It was during that time that he was guided to a chiropractor's office and explained what possibilities could occur if he was willing to make changes in his lifestyle. Dr. Finkelstein followed those recommendations, and never did take medication and within 9 months ulcerative colitis no longer existed. Dr. Finkelstein is the author of several books, and leads seminars on healing and wellness.
