ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Konnie Ellis is the author of The Ice Dancer. Her stories have appeared in Lake Superior Magazine; Sojourner Magazine; RagMag; Skylark, Purdue University Calumet; and Weber Studies, Voices and Visions of the American West. She was a semi-finalist for her story, The Partridge, at the Moondance International Film Festival in Boulder, Colorado, and is a recipient of a Norcroft writers residency. She grew up in Duluth, Minnesota and is a graduate of UMD. Ms. Ellis lives in Colorado with her husband, Robert Ellis, a composer and pianist.
